Cultivating relationships with our highly valued publisher partners is an essential part of our company’s success, and we’re always looking for new ways to expand our business with our publisher partners. The strength of 3 Interactive is in part due to our high-quality publishers and the relationships we have built with them over the years servicing the needs of our clients’ campaigns.
We strive to provide stellar customer service for both our advertisers and our publisher partners. We don’t want our customer service to be just “good enough.” We want it to be what sets us apart from our competitors. Through quick response times, communication and teamwork, we strive to be a strong and valuable partner to our publishers. We want the end result to be healthy, long term campaigns with our publishers. We want to be the partner that publishers always come back to and can recommend to colleagues and industry associates.
Our company was founded in 2003, and the majority of our partners have been publishers that have been with us since the beginning. Publishers that we have existing relationships with are always the first we go to with new opportunities and ad units. Our goal is to build solid, long-term campaigns with our publishers. There are multiple ways we can work together – unlimited popunders, remnant buys, direct buy campaigns, international placements, dedicated emails, newsletters, mobile, etc.
Publishers help us grow relationships with our advertisers through aggressive rates, optimization and diligence servicing our campaigns. This commitment to our campaigns helps improve performance, which can lead to incremental budget and possible new ad placement opportunities from our advertisers. Regardless of spend, every campaign is of equal importance, because every campaign that performs well can be grown. The teamwork we have with our publishers is vital to ensure our campaigns not only succeed, but grow.
